SharePoint Upgrades: Access to SharePoint will be limited between September 6-13th

At the beginning of the year, ACPE introduced its new SharePoint platform providing members with a secure cloud experience to collaborate on certified educator portfolios, accredited center portfolios, ACPE.EDU email addresses, a professional social media service on Yammer, and access to Microsoft’s web apps for Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office programs.

After several months on the new site, the ACPE office team is ready to make improvements based on what they learned during that time. The improvements are in the back-office structure to allow the team to more quickly and efficiently respond to requests for new portfolios and add/remove user’s access to the portfolios. The member experience should not be affected.

During the downtime, September 6 – 13, 2019, members will not be able to access certified educator portfolios, educator candidate portfolios, or accredited center portfolios. Other portions of ACPE’s SharePoint, such as Yammer and email, will still be available. If you are preparing for a peer review, certification committee appearance or assessment review, or accreditation review, please make the appropriate arrangements.
