ACPE Introduces New Usernames to Sign into Website

ACPE updated member usernames to sign-in to the website to register student units, access the member directory, etc. - so you can take advantage of the new SharePoint features. Your updated username is your new ACPE email addresses. You will use your new username (with your current password) to sign-in.

Members currently include:  Spiritual Care Professionals, Educator Candidates, Associate Educators, Certified Educators, and Retired Educators. Students are not affected by the change and will continue to use their personal email to sign-in to enroll in their units.


ACPE Email Address Formatting Rules

Usernames are your new ACPE email addresses. You have been assigned ACPE email addresses in the following format:
<first name>.<last name>@acpe.edu.

For example, John Roch’s email is John.Roch@acpe.edu.

Emails cannot contain spaces, therefore, members with two first names will have the space removed.

For example, Jo Clare Wilson’s email is JoClare.Wilson@acpe.edu.

Similarly, members with two last names are formatted with a hyphen.

For example, Sean Doll O’Mahoney’s email address is
Sean.Doll-OMahoney@acpe.edu.

Finally, emails cannot contain apostrophes.

For example, Sean Doll O’Mahoney’s email address is
Sean.Doll-OMahoney@acpe.edu.

ACPE email addresses were assigned using your first and last name in the database. If you are commonly known by a different name, please contact Carl Jones-Reid, Technology Specialist, at Carl.Jones-Reid@acpe.edu to establish an alias account.
