VA CPE COP Pre-Conference

Some of our educational goals and outcomes for this two-day VA CPE COP event would be:

1.     Develop and nurture relationships.

2.     Discuss financial management of VA CPE Centers (i.e. payment of ACPE dues and accreditation fees, resources for sustaining and growing centers), including challenges that may exist at the local and national level. 

3.     Discuss curriculum for level I/II and CEC CPE in the VA, including the potential standardization or curriculum base for various levels of CPE in a VA setting. 

4.     Learn best practices and available resources that would better support and could be implemented at local CPE Centers.

5.     Discuss and decide about the structure of the VA CPE COP. 

6.     Provide time for consultation, discernment, and processing. 

7.     Discuss changes that have already occurred and others that are anticipated to occur with the VA and ACPE and how that affects local VA CPE Centers.  If there are additional or more specific items that you would like discussed or addressed at this pre-conference, please email us.
