Manager of Spiritual Care and CPE
Managing and supervising the spiritual care staff, this professional will assist our director in the day-to-day function of the department. Responsibilities include scheduling, quality assurance, problem-solving, recruitment, evaluation of staff competency and performance, and budget management. In addition, this individual will manage the activities of the clinical pastoral education (CPE) program.
Credentials
Required:
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent.
* M.Div. from an accredited graduate school of theology or seminary, or equivalent.
* Three or more years of related experience as a healthcare chaplain, including two or more years in a related supervisory capacity.
* Ordination and maintenance of good standing in the religious body endorsing your ministry credentials.
* Current registration as a board-certified chaplain by the Association of Professional Chaplains, National Association of Chaplains, National Association of Jewish Chaplains, or equivalent.
* Status as a clinical pastoral education supervisor, as defined by the Association of Clinical Pastoral Education.
