Important Information Regarding ACPE Student Records

ACPE Centers are requested not to release any student information or records, for which the student has not voluntarily signed a current authorization specific to the particular release and use of the record or information, without first being in consultation with the ACPE Executive Director.  The ACPE is currently seeking legal consultation to determine that our policy on student records is in compliance with the federal Family and Educational Rights Privacy Act (FERPA).
